1. Last date for registration: 15th July, 2018*.
2. Only limited registrations for workshop.
3. Unlimited registrations for CME till last date for the same.
4. Photocopies of the form accepted.
5. Ensure that each delegate fills separate registration forms.
6. It is mandatory to fill in all the fields.
7. Accommodations, within the campus, have to be confirmed by candidates themselves by contacting the front desk of ArchanaAnnexe. Details of the contact numbers would be sent with the Registration confirmation mail.
8. Registrations are non transferable.

Cancellation & Refund Rules:

• 75 % of the total fee will be refunded on cancellation of registration.
• Requests should be given in writing or mailed to reach us before 13th July 2018.
• No refunds for requests reaching on or after 16th July 2017.
• Refunds will be made by cheque, only after the program.
